The Pusher 3.5" MEGA Driverside Intercooler tube replaces your factory 2.4" ID plastic intake plumbing, greatly increasing both airflow and durability. The 3.5" MEGA passenger-side intercooler tube is the perfect complement to the 3.5" Pusher MEGA Intake System. Constructed from 3.5", 0.060"-thick mandrel-bent steel tubing and fully TIG-welded, these tubes deliver a 35% increase in airflow compared to the factory 2.4" ID plastic intake piping. The kit includes heavy duty 5-ply silicone couplers and stainless steel T-bolt clamps for an easy installation. Unlike the factory setup, there's no need to cut off steel bands to save the factory boots—simply loosen the factory clamps and replace them with the provided components for a straightforward upgrade.   Intercooler Compatibility This product is designed to be compatible with the factory intercooler and will also work with aftermarket intercoolers that maintain the same inlet and outlet configurations as the factory setup. Will this charge tube work with the Pusher High Mount Compound System? Yes, we designed the High Mount system to be compatible with this charge tube.   2. Will this charge tube work with aftermarket turbos? The compatibility of our product depends on the specific turbo setup. Drop-in turbos that retain the stock location typically position the compressor outlet in the same place as the factory turbo. However, turbo swap kits that utilize a 2nd generation style manifold often reposition the turbo forward, making our standard tube incompatible. In such cases, we would need to custom fabricate a tube tailored to your specific setup. 3. How long is the install procedure? We recommend about an hour as its necessary to remove the cold air intake and in some cases the passenger side inner fender for better access during the install.
