The Jetfire 2020 combines KC's custom ported compressor cover, an upgraded KC compressor wheel, a Jetfire technology turbine wheel and a KC high-flow vane cage. It lowers exhaust back pressure and drive pressure, tightens boost control and vane response, and keeps EGTs down under sustained load. You get faster spool, stronger midrange torque and more top end.
Unlike many oversized drop-ins, it was built to keep factory-like response. It is fully compatible with the factory engine management and runs properly on the stock calibration. Trucks with performance tuning may see additional gains from the extra airflow.
